Ecommerce Product or Category Page Optimization

What is it?

We will take a product or collection page from your site and SEO-optimize it to the max.. Seriously 🙂.

How do we do it?

We use a tool called SurferSEO that looks at what words and phrases Google wants to see on a page to rank it at the top for a given keyword.

So, if you want to rank for ‘coffee beans’, we audit your current collection page to see which words and phrases it’s missing.

The tool also tells us a lot of other things like internal links to add, image alt tags and many other stuff, you might find boring, but we like to tinker with and that we will take into account.

We then take all of the information listed and will put together a Google Doc to you with our recommended edits.

The Google Doc includes your current page outline and our edit suggestions with additional content that already takes care of all the tool’s suggestions to significantly increase your content optimization score.

What we help you optimize is the following:

#1 Fixing your main titles to match what people are actually searching for

E.g. If you're selling coffee beans, the main category title should be 'coffee beans' and not 'coffee'

Titles and meta descriptions are the most important part of SEO optimization. This is what we fix the first.

We look at what are the keywords that people search for the most, when they are looking to buy coffee online and we make sure that your main heading matches that.

Above you see search terms used to find coffee beans. These are sorted based on amount of searches per month. ‘Coffee beans’ is the clear winner, so this is what the main title should be.

#2 We fix your meta title and description

The meta title and description are what people see on Google. These can be set by you and most Ecommerce stores leave them unoptimized, which is a huge mistake.

We also take care of this for you.

#3 We add additional content that Google wants to see

We research the best possible ways to add additional content to the page that is not intrusive with what’s already on the page and doesn’t affect user experience in a bad way.

A good way of doing this is to add a unique FAQ section.

This might seem trivial, but it will help the page rank higher as Google sees it as a more relevant/authoritative/resourceful page for the topic.

#4 We find internal link opportunities

We find all internal link opportunities on the site and give you a list of our recommendations with suggested anchor text to use.

We will also give you an explanation of how to implement all of this.

Internal links is a strategy that 99% of your competitors are sleeping on and that you can use to your advantage.

#5 How do we deliver the work?

The work will be delivered by a Google Doc file that we will share with you. The file will have all the recommended changes that you can approve or reject and implement by yourself.

We will also give you an overview video of how to use the file.

#6 How much does the service cost?

We currently price this at $150/page – link here to buy.

In case you are wondering, the cost is this low because we wanted to craft this product as an introductory product to help you get to know us and hopefully become our monthly SEO client. This is why we have kept the cost this low.

PS! If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the optimization ideas document, you can ask for a refund within 30 days from receiving the document. To get the refund, just message abegail@batlinks.io with your invoice nr and we will refund you within one business day.Â
